The Supreme Court of Guinea is pleased to announce the development of a high-performance website which provides, in real time, reliable information on its mission, organization, functioning and activities.
Indeed, the Supreme Court, which is the highest court in the Republic of Guinea, is not a judge of the facts, but rather a judge of the trial, that is to say, it verifies the compliance with the law of the decisions referred to it. Through its role, it promotes the establishment of a democratic rule of law and, above all, the protection of the fundamental rights of citizens.
