{"id":1289,"date":"2024-07-10T17:19:29","date_gmt":"2024-07-10T17:19:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/coursupreme.org.gn\/dev01\/?p=1289"},"modified":"2024-07-27T21:59:39","modified_gmt":"2024-07-27T21:59:39","slug":"seminaire-de-renforcement-de-capacites","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/coursupreme.org.gn\/en\/seminaire-de-renforcement-de-capacites\/","title":{"rendered":"Capacity building seminar on issues relating to constitutional and referendum disputes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Cour Supr\u00eame&nbsp;: <\/strong>Dans le cadre de la promotion de la d\u00e9mocratie et de l\u2019\u00c9tat de droit, <strong>un&nbsp;S\u00e9minaire de renforcement de capacit\u00e9s sur les questions relatives aux contentieux constitutionnel et r\u00e9f\u00e9rendaire<\/strong> started this Monday, June 24, 2024 in a hotel reception (White House, Coyah prefecture, located 50 kilometers from Conakry, bringing together magistrates, clerks, and other members of the Supreme Court and surrounding jurisdictions.<\/p>\n<p>This four-day seminar took place from June 24 to 27, 2024 under the aegis of the Supreme Court, with the support of ECES-PARD funded by the European Union, in partnership with the International Organization of La Francophonie.<\/p>\n<p>During these four days, several questions were debated, namely:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Les Objectifs et m\u00e9thodologie de l\u2019atelier&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>La S\u00e9ance de Team Building&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Le contr\u00f4le de constitutionnalit\u00e9 des lois : approche g\u00e9n\u00e9rale&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Le contr\u00f4le de constitutionnalit\u00e9 a priori&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Le contr\u00f4le de constitutionnalit\u00e9 a posteriori des lois&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Le contr\u00f4le de constitutionnalit\u00e9 des conventions&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Le contr\u00f4le de constitutionnalit\u00e9 des lois de r\u00e9vision constitutionnelle&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Les m\u00e9thodes de raisonnement et les techniques de contr\u00f4le de constitutionnalit\u00e9&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Les comp\u00e9tences consultatives du juge constitutionnel&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>La motivation des d\u00e9cisions du juge constitutionnel&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>L\u2019autorit\u00e9 de la chose jug\u00e9e : les effets et l\u2019ex\u00e9cution des d\u00e9cisions du juge constitutionnel&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Le juge constitutionnel et la communication&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>The sources of electoral law;<\/li>\n<li>Les principes g\u00e9n\u00e9raux du droit \u00e9lectoral&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Les op\u00e9rations et les contentieux r\u00e9f\u00e9rendaires&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Le contentieux de constitutionnalit\u00e9 des d\u00e9cisions de justice&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-1290 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/coursupreme.org.gn\/dev01\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/07\/deltachat-2024-07-10-101348-2-1024x768.jpg?resize=1024%2C768&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"S\u00e9minaire de renforcement de capacit\u00e9s sur les questions relatives aux contentieux constitutionnel et r\u00e9f\u00e9rendaire\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"><\/p>\n<p><strong><b>Expected Results<\/b><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>At the conclusion of the seminar, participants were better equipped to address the complex challenges related to constitutional and referendum litigation in their respective contexts. The main expected results are, among others:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Une meilleure compr\u00e9hension des principes juridiques&nbsp;; fondamentaux r\u00e9gissant les r\u00e9f\u00e9rendums et les contentieux constitutionnels&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>Le renforcement des comp\u00e9tences analytiques et d\u00e9cisionnelles n\u00e9cessaires pour traiter efficacement les litiges de nature constitutionnelle&nbsp;;<\/li>\n<li>A strengthened network of professionals and experts committed to promoting democracy and the rule of law around the world.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This capacity building seminar on issues relating to constitutional and referendum disputes was a remarkable success. It not only enriched the knowledge of the participants, but also stimulated a constructive and inter-institutional dialogue essential for the promotion of good governance and constitutional justice.
