The Supreme Court of Guinea is pleased to announce the development of a high-performance website which provides reliable information in real time on its mission, organization, operation and activities.<\/p>

Indeed, the Supreme Court, which is the highest court in the Republic of Guinea, is not a judge of facts, but rather a judge of the trial, that is to say, it verifies the conformity with the law of the decisions brought before it. Through its role, it promotes the establishment of a democratic rule of law and, above all, the protection of the fundamental rights of citizens.<\/p>

This site has also been designed to allow easy and rapid access to all information relating to the Court's decisions, while giving pride of place to the evolution and reversal of its case law, as well as to the updating of case law that has been forgotten or relayed in an earlier era by new legal categories.<\/p>
